Our consultation services include a detailed breakdown of your issue and self-help articles tailored to your needs. The consultation fee is $25, which must be paid upfront.
The One-Time Service includes hands-on assistance to resolve your technical issue. It costs $40, and the consultation fee ($25) must also be paid, making the total $65. Additional service time beyond 1 hour is billed at $15/hour and must be prepaid.
Our Monthly Service Plan is designed for clients seeking ongoing support. It costs $50/month and includes:
Payments must be made in advance via our secure payment link or a prearranged method with Genius Tech Solution.
If your issue requires more than 1 hour of assistance, additional time will be billed at $15/hour. Payment must be made in advance before the service continues.
Refunds are not available once services have been initiated. Refunds for other circumstances are at the sole discretion of Genius Tech Solution.
Genius Tech Solution is not liable for damages or data loss resulting from troubleshooting or technical services. Clients accept full responsibility for such risks by agreeing to our terms.
While we strive to resolve all issues, Genius Tech Solution cannot guarantee the resolution of every problem due to various factors like hardware limitations or external dependencies.
We provide links to self-help resources or official manufacturer manuals to guide you in resolving your issue. These resources may not be created or owned by Genius Tech Solution, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
Clients grant Genius Tech Solution the authority to access and interact with their data and devices as needed for troubleshooting. Additionally, clients waive all rights to file lawsuits or legal claims for damages, data loss, or breaches.
